R. John Fidelino joins Cannes Lions Jury

InterbrandHealth’s Executive Creative Director, R. John Fidelino, has been selected as a member of the Pharma Jury for the Cannes Lions.

Lions Health, the two-day event focusing on creative excellence in healthcare communications, kicks off the 2017 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Now in its fourth year, Lions Health awards outstanding work across Pharma and Health & Wellness, enables attendees to review and discuss the shortlisted and winning work, and includes a content program focused on the issues and opportunities relevant to the industry.

In a recent press release, Louise Benson, Executive Festival Director, stated:

Lions Health juries are tasked with recognizing and awarding creativity in a highly regulated industry and we’re delighted to welcome this year’s juries to do just that.  Both the Pharma and Health & Wellness Lions have been reviewed and refined to ensure that the criteria are more clearly defined which should help this exceptional group of jury members make decisions that set the creative standards for the coming year.”

At the inaugural Lions Health in 2014 R. John delivered his talk “Chasing Cool” and challenged attendees to recognize the inherent coolness of healthcare and rethink how we approach our work. R. John was proud to join the Lions Health Health & Wellness Jury in 2015, as well as share a presentation on collaboration, “Standing Out But Not Alone,” with Debra Bass, President, Global Marketing Services, Johnson & Johnson.
