Since joining InterbrandHealth as CEO in November 2007, Jane has strategically restructured the organization around its central concern: the client. Leveraging her leadership acumen and vast experience in the healthcare sector, Jane has expanded InterbrandHealth’s footprint worldwide.
Building up companies, from bottom lines to top, is Jane’s proven speciality. As the Worldwide President of Grey Healthcare Group, she transformed the company from a small startup into an award-winning global agency. In 10 years, she grew revenues from USD $8.5 million to over USD $50 million while managing a team of 350.
Prior to joining Grey, Jane was Executive Vice President, Director of Client Services for Klemtner Healthcare at Saatchi & Saatchi. She pioneered the direct-to-consumer group that’s become one of the largest and most highly ranked agencies in the industry, with a list of client launches that includes Imitrex, Prilosec, Rogaine, Detrol, and Pravacol.
Jane’s expertise spans from OTC to pharmaceuticals—she’s managed the marketing of various products to both consumers and professionals, in the U.S. and worldwide. As Vice President and General Manager at Colgate-Palmolive, she led a USD $300 million personal care division, tripling profits in just two years. Jane was also Director of Marketing for Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she worked across analgesics, cough and cold, antiperspirants, men’s hair care, and new healthcare categories.
A natural leader and savvy speaker, Jane has lectured at INSEAD on the reputation of pharmaceutical agencies and spoke on the “Role of Brand” at the CTP Partners conference in London. Her career accolades include MM&M’s prestigious Agency of the Year Award, earned during her time at Grey.
Jane holds a BA in Art History and Economics from Goucher College and has spent time at the Sorbonne in Paris. She is a trustee emeritus of the American Foundation for the Blind and a current trustee of Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
